My story

I particularly love helping people and organisations unearth what’s possible to design a future that suits them perfectly, creating a Strategic Life Map.

I’ve cultivated the ability to walk into any industry, see what is not seen, distil what is complicated, and simplify the chaos. This skill has been forged in a deliberate and concentrated way for over 20 years, through working in Organisational Change Management and Personal Coaching.

I specialise in creating positive, innovative and lasting change, for organisations in industrial and safety, media, financial services, property development, education, government and member organisations.

I’ve worked in organisations with low or limited organisational change maturity to organisations with extensive methodologies, working with where the organisation is now to create the change that suits the business.

my strong outcome focus means I use the appropriate tools and approaches to get the desired results, for an individual, team or organisation.  I draw on my experience in facilitation, coaching, consulting, project management, innovation, neuroscience and human-centred design to deliver sustainable change.


On a more personal level, I fill my time on various side hustles, designing, blogging and learning the piano.  If you are looking for me, I’m likely at my spiritual home JB Hi-Fi or exploring stationery stores or artisan markets.
