This package includes:

  • 1:1 kick off deep dive with your change lead

  • review of the change risk register

Pulse check.

Large complex programs of change evolve over time. The context that they are operating in is constantly changing around them. As a consequence of this, it makes sense to run a pulse check at each stage gate of your program delivery lifecycle. This enables the team to make any course corrections if needed.

This package involves:

  • 1:1 Interviews with program/project leadership team (Sponsor, program director, change lead, technical lead, business owner)

  • Team debrief and revisit of scope and deliverables

  • Environmental scan and approach to agree on any required course adjustments

  • Pulse report - including project governance risk indicators
