My story

I have often reflected on my many years in change as both a personal adventure and a privilege.

For many, change represents loss and is experienced as the fear of the unknown. As a change agent, I am passionate about facilitating a change journey that enables others to feel comfortable and confident about their role in the future state. With this as my anchor, I have successfully designed change programs that offer support, connection, understanding, learning, and leadership.

Every change intervention is an opportunity to build capability in how the organisation delivers, leads and receives change.  This ability and culture of accepting change as business as usual are critical if organisations are going to adapt and grow in an environment of relentless change.

Over the years, I have built a toolkit of tried and tested techniques and interventions that leverage leadership, conversations, participation and ownership.

Most of my work has been in Finance, Insurance, Government and Operational Services with programs and portfolios of change ranging in breadth, complexity and scale of impact.
