My story
I have been fortunate in my career to work alongside some incredible leaders. My deepest professional joy is to take their vision and create the systems across and throughout the organisation that enable that vision to become a reality.
This has entailed building PMOs and CMOs in the UK, Australia and Malaysia, working predominantly across Health, Finance and Insurance.
Delivering lasting and meaningful change in this world is a complex undertaking. As businesses juggle the regulatory environment, emergent and established technologies, changing customer expectations and the need to build organisational agility, the role of change agents is ever more relevant.
At my core, I love the process of creation through exploration. Creation of teams that are aligned and passionate about their work. Creating systems that allow information, learning and empathy to flow through organisations. Creating ways of working that target operational efficiency, whilst maintaining the focus on being human.
I respect people who work hard and play at the edge of their competence - because that is where we learn. I bring a passion for human-centred design, a deepening competence in social cognitive neuroscience, and an agile and curious mindset.
On a more personal level, I live in the Blue Mountains with my partner and my two dogs. I have 2 art businesses selling travel photography from all my adventures and my resin jewellery that I design and hand-make (www.pippahague.com)
I love always being a novice at something - making me a life long learner. I enjoy trail running, bushwalking and am a yogi.
I love feeding people and creating long dinners and lazy lunches where my friends and I can relax and enjoy all that this wondrous life has to offer.
